    Star Wars Trilogy -Special Editions 1997- [29]

    Expectation Reviews
    I have seen the trailers. (Bow and scrape towards Skywalker Ranch in Napa Valley.) I can only say that I will be the first in line at my theater to hand over my hard earned cash for each movie. That's right, each movie. Star Wars is due for release the last Friday in Janurary (1997). Empire the last Friday in February, and Return the last Friday in March. Star Wars Nirvana!!!!

    From what I have seen, the space scenes are all cleaned up and expanded with more fighters and action. Mos Eisley is alive with digital creatures filling the background. The cantina scene is supposed to be completely impressive. The "lost" footage of Jabba the Hut has been spliced in. ILM has worked their digital movie magic. (I understand they pumped all three movies into a computer and "painted" away.) This will be the most impressive 20th Anniversary return of a movie since Lawrance of Arabia for its 50th.

    Get your fist full of cash and get in line now, you won't want to miss it. Don't forget to take your kids - or they won't speak to you for the rest of the year. So clear your calander, take the day off, get the kids out of school and GO! {AB}
